I'm not super worried about Philon's weight because he's so insistent and adept at seeking content. Watch him go right through a stockier defender's chest for the and-1.

Very nice handling of the soft double - creates a wide open 3.

Ament has about 8 inches on his man - would love to see him get a better look here.

Very basic pass but excellent processing: starts the pass before the cutter is open to hit him for the open 3 before his defender recovers.

Good example of Philon just not putting in the defensive effort he showed his freshman season. Shouldn't get beat this badly 1:1.

Blink and you miss it, but this is a remarkable play. Philon gets around the screen with his hips pointed at halfcourt, but in one dribble rotates his hips directly towards the rim for a hard downhill drive. AMAZING body control and ability to turn the corner with his left hand.

Gillespie is a real pest and an underrated athlete. Would love to have him in my NBA program.
